Ben Policello

Bio: Ben Policello is an aspiring musician and music technologist attending Mercy College to broaden his horizons in the music industry. Ben currently plays drums for the heavy metal band Left In Ruins. While playing for Left In Ruins, Ben has shared the stage with many National acts including: The Misfits, Soulfly, Municipal Waste, Exodus, Testament, Amon Amarth and many more. Without a doubt, Ben's experiences at mercy have greatly aided him in his musical career, and plans to take those experiences to another level after graduation.

Program Notes: Testify is an alternative rock song with a nice touch of blues guitar. This song is can be interpreted in a few different ways, but the main idea behind the song is that if you had the chance to be a rock star what would you do with it, and how would you deal with it? Andrew puts a lot of feeling behind his vocal and instrumental performance as is obvious in his lead guitar part, rhythm guitar, bass, and vocal part.
