I will give two exams, a Midterm and a Final, to assess your retention of course material. The exams will be cumulative, that is, they will cover material from the beginning of the course. Because this course builds upon—and uses—material previously learned, you will see some of the exam material from the midterm again on the final exam.
Exams will be "closed-book" (i.e., from memory), and cannot be made up. You must attend class on exam days (see the Calendar).
