MTEC Studio Scheduling Policy:

All students will be assigned their own reserved weekly lab time to complete work associated with a specific course. Students may request additional access to facilities for personal projects under the following guidelines at the discretion of the Program Director and Facilities Manager:

  • Priority access will be given to:
    • students that need additional time to complete course or department related projects
    • students with limited or fewer prior requests
    • students with special or limited scheduling needs
  • Requests for sessions should be submitted at least one week in advance via the online Session Request Form. Late or incomplete requests will not be considered. A list of reserved and available time slots will be posted outside the student worker office.
