MTEC Studio Scheduling Policy:
All students will be assigned their own reserved weekly lab time to complete work associated with a specific course. Students may request additional access to facilities for personal projects under the following guidelines at the discretion of the Program Director and Facilities Manager:
- Priority access will be given to:
- students that need additional time to complete course or department related projects
- students with limited or fewer prior requests
- students with special or limited scheduling needs
- Requests for sessions should be submitted at least one week in advance via the online Session Request Form. Late or incomplete requests will not be
considered. A list of reserved and available time slots will be posted
outside the student worker office.
