There will be at least one substantial research paper during the course. These papers typically entail 3–5 pages (double-spaced) of content plus a bibliography of sources and any additional materials. Students will also be asked to conduct short research assignments using the Web or Library resources. Typically, these short assignments will entail approximately two solid paragraphs (one-half page) of writing.
Please Note: Students are responsible for formatting and printing their written assignments prior to submission. Please do not ask me to print it out for you. For major paper assignments, students will be asked to also submit their writing in electronic form (as a Microsoft Word Document) in addition to the printed paper. I will be submitting these documents to TurnItIn.com to check them for plagiarism.
