I work hard to create a classroom environment in which all students can learn to the best of their abilities. I will expect a lot of you, but in return, I offer you a unique opportunity to grow and learn about a fascinating field.
I do expect you to act responsibly. In class, you will asked to participate in all class discussions and activities, and to allow others to do the same. In many cases, my policies can be summed up with the Golden Rule: Treat others as you would expect to be treated.
The last day for withdrawal from an A-Term course for this semester is Monday, November 17th, 2008. If you are considering withdrawal, please—PLEASE—meet with me so I may advise you of all of your options.
